Scope of Services. Through this Site, Dan's Services markets and arranges Irrigation Systems, Landscape Lighting, Pump Repair, Well Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Warranty Disclaimer. Dan's Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Dan's Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Dan's Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
